VANGEN 23-014 Spring Sign-Up/Opt-Out Form

With the large number of events occuring in the warmer months, a special sign-up sheet has been created for members of the Ship's Company: https://forms.office.com/r/euZb4gctDS


All members of the Ship's Company are to complete the form in order to make appropriate planning for the events. This form is also to be used to request leave for mandatory training. Cadets that fail to request leave and then fail to attend training may be found 'absent without leave' and could be subject to corrective action under CATO 15-22.
