VANGEN 25-30 Canadian Armed Forces Training Area Winona Familiarization

To familiarize the Cadets with the Canadian Armed Forces and the training that is performed at the TA Winona, typically used by the Primary Reserves in the Toronto Area, Cadets will be offered a selection of training appropriate to their Phase.


  • Where: TA Winona (Cadets will meet the bus at HMCS York, 659 Lake Shore Blvd. W., Toronto, ON M5V 1A7)

  • When: 0700 to 1730 (It is suggested being early so as to not 'miss' the bus.)

  • Date: 16 Nov 25

  • Dress: C5 (Parka, Gloves, Toque heavily encouraged)


Transportation from HMCS York to TA Winona (656 Winston Rd, Grimsby, ON L3M 4E8) is provided. Lunch is provided. Cadets will need to bring their OHIP card (or equivalent Private equivalent) on file to board the bus.
