All Cadets are welcome to attend Optional Training. Each day will focus on different activities. Saturday will focus on Marksmanship and Communications, while Sunday will focus on Band and Drill (Guard, Naval Field Gun and Flags). If you're interested in trying any of the activities, this is the weekend to try out.


  • Where: HMCS York, 659 Lake Shore Blvd. W., Toronto, ON M5V 1A7

  • When: 0900 - 1700

  • Date: 31 January and 1 February 2026

  • Dress: Civilian (boots recommended for Drill) with Corps Ballcap.


A lunch will be provided by the Navy League.
