Help Available to Cadets
Joining RCSCC Vanguard is a lot like joining the crew of a ship; everything works better when everyone "pulls together." If we struggle, we have our shipmates to help us out of tough times, be it your 'winger/oppo,' 'killick,' DPO, Div O, XO, CO or just another messmate.

Sometimes you may need to reach out to other groups that can provide you with specialized help for what you're going through. See the below resources available to you.
Kids Help Phone

Canadian Forces Member Assistance Program
The CF Member Assistance Program (CF MAP) is a partnership between the Department of National Defence (DND) and Health Canada's Emergency Preparedness and Occupational Health Directorate Employee Assistance Services (EAS). The CFMAP offers confidential, voluntary, short term counselling to assist with resolving many of today's stresses at home and in the work place. The CFMAP should not be regarded as treatment for mental illness or addictions.
