Sail Training

Credits 124 & X24 - Counts as Elemental Training

The Cadets will participate in sail training, working towards their CANSail 1 qualification.

Where: Mississauga Cadet Nautical Site (at Mississauga Sail Club), 120 Lakefront Promenade, Mississauga, ON L5E 2C2

Dress: Appropriate civilian clothing.

Great Lakes Deployment - RCN Visit

Credits X20 - Counts as Elemental Training

16-18 Oct 2025

The Royal Canadian Navy will be sending HMCS Margaret Brooke for visits along the Great Lakes. Ship Tours may be available.

Op Noble Skywave

NATO countries will be participate in a 'game' of attempting as many long-distance radio-checks as possible. We've done very well in the last 2 years.

Community Service - Remembrance Day Parade

The Cadets will participate in a remembrance service at Old City Hall.

Tri-Elemental Training

Cadets will be able to travel to Winona Ranges to get some generic CAF training.

Small Craft Operation Training

Cadets will be able to earn either their Small Craft Operation Program Module 1 (Pleasure Craft Operator Card) or Module 2 (Restricted Operator Certificate (Maritime))
